Candlewick Chenille Bedspreads

New color choices for Martha Washington's Choice, a luxury bedspread deign of candlewick chenile is now being offered from Maine Heritage Weavers, a USA textile mill in Lewiston, Maine.

The employees at Maine Heritage Weavers are mostly former Bates Fabrics workers who still weave the high quality Bates-style bedspreads.  Martha's Choice (a candlewick/chenille type bedspread) is the most popular design woven at this Maine textile company.  Also remembered as George Washington's Choice bedspreads, Martha's Choice is a candlewick terry, although many people refer to it as chenille.  Previously only available in solid white or antique, Maine Heritage Weavers now offers the design in two-tone color combinations of blue/white and sage/white.  Charcoal/white is also being offered for a limited time.

In addition to traditional [tag]bedspread[/tag] sizes which feature a luxurious string fringe, Martha Washington's Choice is available with matching pillow shams, [tag]coverlets[/tag] and throws. Coverlets feature a vintage ball fringe. This one hundred percent high grade cotton bedspread is preshrunk and machine washable.  Coverlets and bedspreads make wonderful anniversary or wedding gifts that are sure to last for many years.
