Elegant USA Woven Bedspreads

Elegant twin USA woven bedspreads measure 80″x110″ in matelasse or terry loop (candlewick) construction. Ribcord bedspreads measure 76″x110″. Ribcord bedspreads are used widely in colleges, nursing facilities and fire departments. Maine Heritage Weavers manufactures matelasse and Candlewick/terry loop twin bedspreads.

Maine Heritage Weavers’ twin bedspreads are woven on looms similar to those used by Bates and by former employees of Bates. These very high quality textiles are offered in a variety of colors and designs including Heritage and Abigail Adams. Full, queen and king bedspread sizes are also offered as well as coverlets, shams, blankets and throws. The Bates Mill Store has been selling terry, matelasse, and ribcord bedspreads for over 50 years. They are located in Lewiston, Maine in one of the former Bates buildings.
