Matelasse and candlewick full size woven bedspreads measure 96"x110" from Maine Heritage Weavers.

Maine Heritage Weavers manufactures matelasse and candlewick (terry loop) bedspreads. Maine Heritage Weavers bedspreads are woven on looms similar to those used by Bates Fabrics and by former employees of Bates.

These very high quality textiles are offered in a variety of popular styles including Abigail Adams, Queen Elizabeth, Martha Washington's Choice, Tuscany and Heritage. The Bates Mill Store has been selling luxury terry loop, [tag]trapunto[/tag] ([tag]matelasse[/tag]), and ribcord bedspreads for over 50 years. They are located in Lewiston, Maine in one of the former Bates buildings.
