This true matelasse bedspreads is an authentic reproduction of an original handwoven masterpiece dating back to the first Elizabethan Era before becoming popular in Colonial America. 

The elegant center medallion and flowers are permanently puffed to give grace and clarity to this classic museum design.  Queen Elizabeth (also known as Elizabethan Court) is offered in standard twin, full, queen, king and sham sizes in several colors including quartz and sage.  Bedspreads are machine washable and will not fade due to weaving with the finest yarns available.
